Twice baked Gruyère cheese soufflé - with a Gruyère and cream sauce and hazelnuts – light and luscious

MAIN COURSES

Chicken Tikka Masala - an aromatic yoghurt based Indian curry, served with Basmati rice and poppadom.

Oven roasted prawns with spiced avocado salad – with potato rösti and a pink ginger wasabi drizzle. Gorgeous flavours.

DESSERTS

Thai Mango Mousse – fresh mangos and coconut milk, delicious and refreshing. Very popular.
